    Hi Surajit,

Based on your description, looks like you will overshoot 45 min. Appreciate if you keep session slides sub-45 min.

      Thanks for reaching out.

This is on the lines of my well-received session at the very first Asia Agile Forum held at Kathmandu, Nepal, last month. This was in the company of renowned speakers from four countries and an audience comprising of who's who of the industry. My session was kept as the last item because of it being the show-stopper for the meet, relating to the local ethos. Please refer the mention under my name at:

      https://agileforum.asia/agenda-kathmandu/

The high level outline for my session, is as follows:

      • What it takes for scaling mountains
      • The real ascent of the mountains
      • Experiences of the greatest mountaineers
      • Preparation by the mountaineers
      • Why would scaling fail
      • The parallels between Mountain scaling and Agile scaling
      • Should we scale?
      • Groundwork for Scaling
      • Findings about Agile Scaling from Carnegie Mellon University
      • Pitfalls to avoid during Scaling
      • The ecstasy of being there and sustaining
      • Q&A

When I heard about APGI and the Agile and Innovation Conference from Vijay Wade, I thought of showcasing this for the first time in India in this Conference, in my home city of Pune. Since it has been a pleasure to be introduced to APGI, I am not taking any remuneration for speaking at this meet.

Please feel free to reach out to me on for any questions.

      Regards

Just to add, I spoke at the 2016 Agile Tour Pune, as well, on another topic. And have been speaking at ISEC meetups in Pune and Bangalore.

So, some of the co-speakers and attendees would know me
