The widely-accepted theory of change is that we all have a natural human tendency to resist it. But, as Agilists, we know that organizations must continuously change in order to thrive in an always changing market. How do we stop resisting change and, instead, learn to embrace it? How do we get those around us on-board too?

In this workshop, using techniques from training from the back of the room, we will:

  1. Gain an appreciation for the importance of continuous change
  2. Learn about common responses to change
  3. Discover ways to help yourself & people around you manage change in a productive way
