A Treasure Hunt for Team Trust

As trainers, team leaders and OD practitioners, we know that organizations with low trust pay a high price - in the form of high turnover, plunging productivity, and overall employee disengagement. 

In this interactive, experiential session, we're going on a treasure hunt for the source of team trust. 

Much like the great quests of yore - the Camelot knights' hunt for the Holy Grail, Jason's quest for the Golden Fleece, or the Goonies' search for One-Eyed Willy's treasure - we'll solve insidious and devilish puzzles and clues together, with an eye on the real prize: camaraderie, familiarity, and rapport.  

You'll come away with a treasure trove of new ideas for team-building and gamifying your work.

So grab your magnifying glass and your deerstalker hat, your Indiana Jones whip and your weather-worn fedora. The hunt for team trust is on!
