A Conceptual Model to Adopt Agile at the Organizational Level

The section will present a conceptual model to help software organizations to adopt agile at the enterprise context. Firstly the model is driven by a set of organizational agility attributes. To develop these attributes, enablers will be presented, organized into four perspectives: management and environment people, product development strategy, and external relatonship (customers, partners, community). So, attributes, enablers (suppported by methods) will be suggested in order to meet agility at the organizational level. Could you provide split of the time on how you plan to cover the different aspects mentioned in the proposal. Since this is at an intermeidate level do you want to skip the part of what it means to be agile. Most of the audience would be familiar with the concepts.
