I would have loved this game 5 years back. The averag agile experince of the last year confrence was around 3 - 4 years. We may need some more intresting themes.

      Thank you for comments Prasad,

My idea is to give session participants a definite take away through Kanban Pizza Game, which will help them understand core principles of Kanban.

I am expecting beginners in this session. Hope we would have some at the conference :)

    Dear Priyank,

I know the PIZZA game.  And it is a good approach to get a knowhow of Kanban. But even i have the same question as others. Do you think should it be there in beond-agile track?

    Hi Priyank,

Looking forward to play this game. You can have a re-look at the theme inwhich you could have it. I feel "Agile Lifycycle" theme is a better fit for this game as your game teach Kanban in a playful way.

    Hi Priyank,

Wow. One game to learn Kanban. Great. You have nicely laid out the presentation content. Since this track is for Beyond agile, I love to see how this exercise helps the participant to learn beyond Agile. Since every one knows Kanban is an implementation approach of Agile values do you have anything more to take the participants beyond introducing them to Kanban?

    Thanks for your time.

Thank you for the comments Jerry.  I am changing the track to a more appropriate one – Agile Life Cycle. It seems the stage - Beyond Agile is for fresh concepts and may be Kanban is not new to many of the expected audience.
