You will be taken through all the necessary steps including transition from a less than agile world, enterprise and release planning, mapping of roles and stakeholder management. Hi Jan-Erik,

Can you also share if you are going to talk about MVP ? And is this only from a product management perspective or also from Services perspective (milestone based value-driven releases per quarter or earlier for example). There will be participants from IT Services too and hence checking what is the scope of this tutorial.

    Thanks

    venky

Hi again and thank you for your feedback! I think you are right, this might be better under the  Agile LifeCycle theme.

I will update the abstract with some educative markerting as well :-)

Hi Jan, I'm thumbs up to your proposal given your background and effor you've put in to publish it all in pluralsight. There is one thing that I'm not clear and need your clarification - why do you think it is a better fit for "Scaling Agile Team" than "Agile Lifecycle" theme? Additionally, I'd wish you share as part of your abstract on the need for Agile Release Management based on your experience, for the benefit of those who read your abstract and wanting them to attend your session. After all, educative marketing is not bad, right? ;)

Hi Jan! Sounds like an interesting tutorial. Have you offered this before? I was wondering if you have any slides or video you might share that would tell me more about this session.
