Ebin - from the citation, it seems you are focusing on DevOps? The title of talk doesn't seem to suggest that. Also, can you share your deck and a recent video of your talk so that reviewers can understand your engagement style?

      Hi TV,

We focus on 3 major things.

      1. Process tranformation

      2. Software Craftsmanship

      3. Devops

The idea is to create awareness on the importance of all the three. We also will talk about a case study which we had worked on. We shall update the slides soon.

    Hi Ebin,

As I look at submissions, I ask myself "would I be inclined to go to this talk?"  The title implies a cutlural change for Agile, yet the abstract is very specifically about technical practices.  I wonder if a more explicit title might lead more folks to want to hear what you have to say.  I also wonder if there is more in this talk than can comfortably fit in a sixty minute timeframe.

      Hi Steve,

Good question. The intent of the talk is to break the myth that Agile transformation is just a process or organization change. During the talk we will stitch together process with engineering practices. I think the talk will more tend towards continuous delivery concepts.

Do you have any suggestions for tittle?

Hmmm.... I dont' want to put words in your mouth, but perhaps something about the intersection or interdependence of organizational change and solid enginering practices.

          Steve,

Let me talk to my co-presenter as well. I shall think over it. Thank you for the inputs...

    Hi Ebin,

Were you done explaining the session?  It just seems like you may have started then stopped.  For instance, you mention engineering practices - but not which ones and why. You mentioned a game - how is that game done, by who, and what is the point of the game?

Just some sample questions if they help.

    Best,

    Joel
