    Hi Jerry,

Thanks for submitting the proposal. Topic looks interesting.

What areas would be covering for being Agile? for e.g Cultural, Mindset, How Senior Management should think how the transition should be etc.,

Would you also be covering how Agile methods change the culture?

Please share the draft version of the slide for us to understand the proposal in detail.

    Best Regards

    Balaji.M

      Hi Balaji,

Apologize for the late response. My proposed area of discussion is around the learning I had by working with teams where the focus is on making sure the rituals are proper but completely lost the actual outcome (business outcome). My discussion is around the Mindset and little touching upon the Culture (for example how a metrics driven Culture can spoil the Agility, etc.).  Definitely when I talk about the metrics and culture I will touch upon the Senior managment views too. I have not yet prepared the slides. Since it is a experience report, I thought I might end up with one slide with 5 to 6 bullit points and talk about them with the audiance.
