    Hi Arvind,

       Your first 5 points in your outline will either be known by attendees or are background information that should be covered in 1-2 minutes.  That means I need to understand how you will fill 18 minutes with 'other aspects' - what those are, why they are interesting, how that is different than anything else / interesting / challenging to attendees.

    A couple of observations:

    - what was the objective or desired end state of the transformation, that prompted you to use Agile and CD?

    - the learning outcomes mentioned are not clear. can you clarify?
