    Hi Avijit,

To assign a speaker's slot, we need to know the details of the session. Please ask the speakers to add a proposal with the actual talk details so that the review committee can decide if it matches our conferences expectations (

Ideally the proposls should be added by the speakers, so that they can get notifications when the review team leaves comments for clarification or feedback. Also if selected, a free conference pass will be issues in the name of the person, who has added the prosal and that might create a problem if someone else is submitting the proposal on behalf of the actual speaker.

    Hope this helps.
