Think beyond your thinking – Agility and beyond

Is “working software” enough.

Unless the customer is delighted by the working software, the future of the business is not going to be bright.

Customer delight has become the new bottom line of business (Net Promoter Score) .

Firms that succeed in delighting their customers like GAFA …(Google,Amazon,Facebook,Apple) companies enjoy happy customers, soaring profits and workers who can see meaning in their work.

In this session, we will discuss and  learn the strategies to go beyond ..

Below are few points will be discussed

  • Shift from an output to an outcome
  • Shift from customer satisfaction to customer delight
  • Shift from an implicit goal to an explicit goal
  • Customer delight is a new dimension of “done”
  • Customer delight is measured. g. Net Promoter Score

    Hi Maris,

Please can you provide the deck which you would be using for the session and provide a link from your previous experience.

Basically you need to fill the Slides and Links session in the proposals.

    Thanks and Regards

    Hi Maris,

Customer Delight and NPS being so vast and deep, can you add more details on how you plan to structure the talk to match the learning outcome. It would be good if you can share details of your earlier presentations for reference.

Also I believe the title of the talk is not actually reflecting the content of the talk. Can you update that too accordingly?
