Around the world with Distributed Agile

I will be talking on various principles to be adopted in Distributed Agile. Outline with timeline is as:-

 - Talk a little bit on Distributed Teams (5 min)
 - Day to Day challenges faced while scaling Agile (5 min) as Culture, Language, Timezone, communication bandwidth, Trust and  coordination, silos within team, distributed control, etc.
 - Best Practices to be followed (25 min) as Building Trust and collaboration, involving full team in ceremonies, CI with high test coverage, Short sprints, executing initial sprints together with entire team, synchronization and communication plan, shared project vision, proxy PO/SM at both locations, rigorous norming and charting plans, effective usage of video tools enabling F2F meets, sprint reviews - split in to showcase and super showcase, effective use of overlapping hrs., tools and techniques etc..
 - Small Case Study (5 min)
 - Wrapping up and Q/A (5 min)
