GE Healthcare Digital has embraced agility years ago. GE is committed to invest in agile culture. GE has taken a big leap by getting rid of Performance rating.
This talk and case study is all about how GE achieved it. We will also discussed about the lessons learnt during the exercise. I am trying to get our CTO and our HRBP as well to present this in a strategy stand point.
