In Agile, requirements are collected using User Stories; in this talk I will share my experience with requirements in Agile highlighting some challenges the team may face.

Moreover we'll cover couple of basic aspects to reduce wastes during the product Vision and Ideation through cross-functional collaboration.

Hi Matteo, This seems very basic.  I see it as marked as beginner - is it as basic as it sounds?  What would be interesting / different in this experience report?

    Best,

    Joel

Hi Joel, it is a presentation for beginner so yes, quite basic. Being an experience report I will share with the audience what I have seen in these years and the warnings you can understand from bad requirements. We understood for instance that we had to reshape the cross-functional team culture, looking at the poor quality of our stories.

I think it will be helpful for newbies in Agile or even for people in the middle of an agile transformation.

Hope I answered to your question. Please let me know if you need more info.

    Hi Taddei,

Based on the details shared, this topic does not seem relevant to the agile mindset track

You may want to check if this fits under other tracks like Lean Product Discovery.

    Regards,

    Balaji

      Thanks Balaji, my mistake!

The proposal is for the Continuos Delivery track.

I will talk about team culture in a cross functional environment, having as landscape the User Story definition.

      Thanks again!
