Organizational culture is like cholesterol: it's not the cause, it's a symptom. Software is an asset that can shape behaviors. We have investigated hundreds of organizations that produce software - their own or commercially. And guess what - business was the cause in every single one of them. Join me in discovering how cultural change works and how big of a role business side plays in it.

    Hi Kate,

Thanks for submitting the proposal, interesting topic. It would be helpful if you can upload the slides which you would be using during the session, a short video (it should be ok if it's not in English). Also, please can you let us know if it's a talk or going to do in a workshop mode. Once you have uploaded, our committe members would be able to give more feedback.

    Thanks and Regards

Oh, and this will be a lecture with a couple of exercises where I engage the public, so not a workshop definitely.
