How to Avoid a Local Optimisation Trap during Your First Large-Scale Transformation

'System dynamics is an approach to understanding the nonlinear behavior of complex systems over time ' - tells us Wikipedia. One of the key skills that top management has to master according to the Harvard University. This technique becomes priceless when you deal with big and complex large-scale transformations. It's crucial to understand how saving a single status quo or choosing a wrong framework could ruin your transformation and the entire organization. And in this case System Thinking could be a lifesaver.
We'll quickly learn the theory and most of the time will spend in practices. And I can't guarantee you that your picture of the world will remain the same after this workshop.
