    Devesh,

Your submission mentions case study of digital banks. Could you please update your proposal on the background of this case study. E.g. size / scale where you have implemented / timelines it took for you to achieve this transformation. Was it done only in Fintech which are typically the digital natives or was this done in a legacy brick and mortal banks?

        Hi Davesh,

        Thanks for the slides.

The topic sounds interesting but frankly the outline and content is too basic and generic. What will be useful is some concrete examples of applying "API First" from your experience which will complement to some of the organization examples/research quoted.

Do you think the proposal can be converted into a experience report?

        Best,

        Ravi

Sure, Ravi. I can surely add some meaningful content around applying "API First" with some first-hand examples. Give me sometime and I'll be back. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks Devesh. Sorry; I find the content still very theory/generic.

Can you focus on just point 4 in the outline and turn it into a experience report?

              1. How intelligent "API designs" are driving Business Agility & Innovation in the Banking / FinTech world [20 mins]

Few examples of API designs and evidences of business agility & innovation will be really good.

              Let us know.

              Thanks,

              Ravi

Anand Bagmar - Build your own MAD-LAB - for Mobile Test Automation for CD

    45 Mins
    Case Study
    Intermediate

In this age of a variety of cloud-based-services for virtual Mobile Test Labs, building a real-(mobile)-device lab for Test Automation is NOT a common thing – it is difficult, high maintenance, expensive! Yet, I had to do it!

Attend this talk to understand the Why, What and How I built my own MAD-LAB (Mobile Automation Devices LAB). The discussion will include –

    • Understanding the context,
    • Why no cloud-based solution worked for me,
    • The automation strategy for Android / iOS / Web platform,
    • The tech-stack (cucumber-jvm / Appium), and,
    • The core implementation to build your own MAD-LAB! (already open-sourced)
    • How this results in Continuous Delivery (CD)
