    Nitin, over years at Agile India, we have had multiple discussions around this topic. Gurus like Linda Rising and Mary Poppendeick and several others have discussed on mindset. What would be interesting to the audience is to describe a given problem that you faced, and how you tried to address it using some existing means, and where were the gaps in the results; and then what else did you do to bridge the gap...what were the key learnings from mindset and culture viewpoint, etc., what were the challanges faced, how dod you go about addressing them, and finally what were the measurable results? These would be more tangible takeaways for the attendees since the general attendee to Agile India is reasonably well-versed with the theory aspects.

      I would first set the context, talk about relationship between Mindset, culture, Behaviors and Habits and then talk about how we are bringing in the change. Problems we are facing, How we tried to solve it ( without focusing much on mindset and culture), how we targeted some key behaviors on the ground and what benefits it is bringing in.

          yes, That's exactly the idea. I have faced so many challenges w.r.t mindset and culture change. And how I have been able to overcome them will be main part of my talk. The ideas which we are implementing now is really making an impact and has shown greater benefits on outcome.
