What really makes you agile?

This is a technical hands on session that focuses on code quality as the fundamental requirements to be agile. Participants will be quickly introduced into code quality (both subjective and objective aspects). Slides will be for 15 mins. Post that, mob programming is done to show what is great code and also how it reduces development time and later maintenance time.

Outline/Structure of the Workshop

15 min - Theory on agile, code quality

60 min - Mob programming

10 min - Q&A

Learning Outcome

- Agility comes with code quality

- What really is code quality

- How to write quality code?

- TDD

- Code smells

- Refactoring

Target Audience

Mix of all levels - Developers, designers, architects, management, change agents, executives

Prerequisites for Attendees

None but mix of audience will make session more effective.

    Thank you for your submission. It is not clear how this talk will benefit product owners, and UX designers, many of whom do not code. Perhaps you intended this for another track?
