This talk will introduce readers to the concept of adaptive management and its components. The leadership roles and expectations from adaptive management practices such as epic stewards to be accountable for driving the success of epics (or initiatives) working closely with budgetary planners applying dynamic budgeting and forecasting in response to changing demands from the market.

      Thanks for getting back. Yes, it can be presented in two versions : brief version of 20 mins or detailed version reflecting each pillar of adaptive management in 45-60 mins.

      I should be able to convey the core concepts that can be used, with additional details in the appendix for audience to gain more knowledge.
