Every organization wants to have high Performing teams. Organizations are ready to invest in tools and processes, but an important factor missed is the 'People'.

Organizational research has identified Psychological Safety as a critical factor in understanding how a team operates such as voice an opinion, collaboration, communication, team learning, and overall organizational learning.

This session will uncover the importance and benefits of Psychological Safety in building high performing team.

    While the general principles of what makes a team high-performing are well-documented in books and publications, and we expect people to be generally aware of them,, what might be of interest is how you have used these ideas in solving some unique problem, why was it so challenging, and what were the results? That almost always interests people much more than a generic talk. What can you do to align with that?

    Also, can you share a video from a past talk? If there is non, please make a self-video on your phone on what you will talk about in this talk and share with us.

      Thank you Tathagat for showing interest in my proposal.

      Aligning with audience's expectation: As a part of the session, when I will talk about 'Key players in achieving Psychological Safety', I will cover the problems due absence of Psychological Safety and how it is challenging to build the culture of Psychologically safe environment.

      And as part of 'Cultivating Psychological Safety' section, I am planning to talk about the techniques which I have applied to improve the Psychologically safety and how it worked.
