Agile Beyond Software Development

Now a days Business Agility is trending more and more, and we hear a lot about it especially in Agile Transformation. Business Agility is a complex topic as it is to apply Agile Values and Principles outside IT.

This session will help in spreading a sense of awareness of increasing collaborative culture while applying Agile Values and Principles and how it is different than the Agile we know.

In the beginning of the session there will be a small exercise to get a sense of applying Agile in a personal life.

      Hi Vishal,

Thank you for looking at my proposal.

I have updated the proposal to make it more descriptive. At the beginning of the talk I am planning have an interesting small exercise to get a sense of applying Agile concept in day-to-day life which will keep the audience engaged.

At this moment I don't have slides or videos on this topic, it will be all based on my Agile transformation experience working with different large-scale organization.

My recent talk was at Toronto Agile Community Conference 2018 on 30th Oct. More details can be found @http://www.torontoagilecommunity.org/display/PUBLIC/2018+Program

Please let me know if you need any other information.

      Regards,

      Rupali.
