Being agile means to inspect and adapt, the process as well as the products, but you need courage to change and you need data to inspect. How do you achieve the courage to do this, and how do you get the right data?

In my experience with facilitating the agile journey in big as well as small companies, I have seen many attempts fail but I have also seen successes. I will share with you what I have learned needs to be in place to have the courage and possibility to inspect and adapt.
