In the enterprise, we experience many organizational changes.

There are many reasons why these changes occurs, and in most cases the development organizations need to adapt accordingly.

There are also many scales of change, I think I have lost track of all the org changes that I have endured in the past few years. However, I think that the most challenging changes for me as a Lean and Agile Mentor are when I encounter a need to manage the change cross multiple teams.

In this session I will share with you the journey of scaling a product from 4 teams to 12 in a course of a few month, while maintaining rapid delivery. I will dive into the challenges, ongoing process adaptations and what I have learned in the process.
