How to support both business and technical investment through a dual track organization
At Dashlane, it has always been a challenge to support our efforts in both building new features, delivering projects, experimenting, while maintaining our technical platforms in good shape (technical debt, on-duty for production, refactors...).
We have ~10 features teams and support 7+ technical platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, browser extensions for all major browsers, web app, web site).
We will share our history of addressing that problem and how we ended up supporting a dual track organization with platform squads and feature teams in parallel.
