    Hi, Tricia,

    As a reviewer, I'm having a hard time picturing what your session will be like. How will you handle interviews? What is your model for innovation? What kinds of activities and strategies?

    Also, the abstract needs to attract the right audience. The people who would find your session interesting and get value from it need to recognize themselves in the abstract, and then be convinced of the value they will receive. This is a bit too general, and is hard to relate.
