Embracing Agile: Experiences using a Sprint Backlog within Change Management Teams
Organizational change management teams are a common and critical element of any system implementation or technology adoption project. Learning from the agile teams in which they operate, change management teams could benefit and strengthen their ability to deliver by implementing and exercising Agile best practices methodologies. This lightning talk will present this presenter’s experience using a sprint backlog to manage, estimate, track, and report on change management team work activities. Insights and lessons learned will be presented for other change management teams to consider as they embark on a path to incorporating agile into a discipline typically managed through traditional project management methodologies.
