I will show people how I was able to lead a team as a Scrum Master to develop and release an application in 14 days. I will cover the process, the things that went well, and the things that did not. Also, I will show a technique called target-conditions that will help to create buy-in, alignment, and transparency throughout the organization.

    Hi Ryan,

Thanks for the submission. Can you clarify the "them" on #7? Are you referring to 'How to Create a Target Condition'?

Thanks for catching my poor pronoun usage. You were able to guess correctly, and I have updated the proposal as well.
