The Secrets of Successful Agile Transformations hidden in The History of Scrum

A historical, theoritical, philosophical, and methodological deconstruction of Scrum and Enterprise level Agile.

The presentation starts with a 13 minute documentary on the history of Scrum from 1871 to 2010.

I will then use elements from that documentary to support to my postion that current Agile Transformations methods are limited in scope and approach.

I will discuss the needed methods and approach for each level of an organization (senior mgmnt, middle mgmnt, Development) and give examples of their succesful implementation, again from the documentary.
