Nexus between the 5 values of Scrum and Transcendental Meditation

I have been a practitioner of Transcendental Meditation for 25 years now and also a practitioner of Scrum for 10 years. It is very important to have values in life and the application of these values in our day to day life enhance the quality of life. They help us grow and continuously improve.

I want to share my experiences on how these values have helped me grow as an agilest as well as a meditation practitioner. We will revisit the 5 values of Scrum:

1. Focus,

2. Commitment,

3. Respect,

4. Openness and

5. Courage

We will talk about the connection between Scrum and Meditation in the context of these values.
