      Having two kids in school and competitive sports, it was important to instill the Agile Mindset early on. When I noticed my daughter working (read: frantically rushing) on a project late one night, it was a sign that something was waterfall-ish in her planning.

      We are in the “Age of Agile”. In the last few years, Agile has radically changed the way we work. We often bring concepts learned at work back home. There are many key concepts of Agile that can be used/adapted in our daily life. This talk is one mom’s creative attempt to bring agile concepts home that has helped her kids internalize the Agile mindset of optimal productivity and continuous improvement.
