      Hello George

      I really appreciate your question as it really makes me feel good that you all validate your speakers. This will be the first time I'm speaking at AgileDC but have attended in the last 2 years.

      I've been introduced to Design Thinking in the past year and realized that so much of my agile experience and transformation and product development strategy was based on this framework that I did not even know. 

      in practice, i've used the concept of the framework for 5 years, but have used the framework by design for the past year. Everything that I coach organizations in start with Design Thinking --- teaching others the difference between sympathy and empathy; creating small experiments, user persona, and validating with real focus groups.
