It will be a 45-minute presentation covering areas of culture change especially for Agile transformation:

  • What is the culture change?
  • Why Culture Change is difficult?
  • How to achieve culture change?
  • How to sustain the pace of culture change?

Understanding of culture change and a path to be followed to become successful in continuous evolution of productive, efficient, and effective culture.

    I like these aspects of the submission, and they should be retained:

    • focus on cultural transformation

    I think the submission could be improved by:

    • write an abstract in which "the right people" for your session will recognize themselves and will know the value they will get by attending it.
    • write an outline that lets the review committee know what you're going to say.
