During this session we will explore some of the areas organizations should consider when they are attempting to expand their existing rosters of employees in the modern agile environment.

More programs in both the government and commercial sectors are making their move toward managing and executing their projects leveraging popular and widely adopted Agile approaches.  To support these programs, companies need to be proactive and vigilant in concentrating on several areas of their workforce, including existing employees, incoming professionals, and college hires entering the workforce.

This talk will introduce organizations to real-world scenarios around both enhancing your current workforce as well as ways to set up your new employees for success, including college hires and interns.
