During this session we will examine the benefits of using lightweight assessments and metrics to improve different aspects of an agile project.
While even mature teams leverage popular methods and techniques to be transparent in their activities, many of these artifacts and approaches are frequently used to hold teams accountable for their actions instead of helping them improve.
This talk will focus on some additional and complimentary techniques to help project teams assess and measure how they are doing and identify areas where energy and resources can be focused to improve their ability to deliver value.
