Games Agile Teams Play
In agile teams, three critical aspects of how individuals and interactions shape up are:
1. Individual role / title
2. Group / peer pressure
3. Self Organization
In this session, we shall simply play games to highlight the dysfunctions caused by traditional team structures, and facilitate the attendees into 'discovering' how agile practices help mitigate them
Outline/Structure of the Demonstration
The session will be totally interactive. These is no powerpoint. All atendees participate in the session. There will be threee games to illutrate each of the three elements mentioned above. At the end of each game, the atendees will conduct a quick retrospective to capture the key learnings.

I have done this in in-house coaching sessions. One of the games is bit a common (untangle game) but I might improvise it if most people have played it. Other games include status game.
