Why it is not good to set Velocity Improvement Goals for Agile Teams
One of the most common Productivity measurement for any agile team is Velocity Improvements. Management always looks for velocity improvements from Agile Teams. But is it really a good measure for the productivity of Agile teams. Through this session, I would like to bring my thoughts on the challenges with velocity goals.
