Agile Estimation — One of the most controversial topics ever. This word — “Agile Estimation” — has become a bane in the IT industry. I see it being bashed on internet and it is causing more confusion and pain amongst people than helping them. But it does not need to be like that.

Many teams get into the trap of getting the right estimates. In the process of getting the right estimates, they lose the focus on the product vision. This can reduce:
-The effectiveness of the team leading to higher Cost of Delay(CoD)
-The efficiency of the team leading to higher cost of production.

This session explores the concept of Cost of Delay and Cost of Production to help people change their perspective about estimates.
