Avoiding Agile Betrayals: Lets Use Wisdom of People

We all have seen failures of agility at various places as well as successes. What fails it or makes it a success? Well, its no one other than us, the people. How about learning on these dysfunctions from the wisdom of the attendees of this session? How about solving these problems together using the wisdom of the people attending this session? How about, rather than us driving the session, you drive the session and we facilitate and participate at the same time, on few of the the real time problems. Lets craft a session, where we all will learn how most of the agile failures occurs due to betrayal from values and principles. Lets experiment and learn together
