Lean Mindset is a destination. This is the basic first myth. The journey constitutes lots of changes internal and external to oneself to reach the promised "mindset". While it is easy to tell leaders and practitioners the path.. as coaches do we know the subtle things of focus that can take us to this state. In my presentation, I would like to share a few important aspects on how we can help organizations to learn the path towards the Lean agile mindset. Some key areas that I would like to address are

How leaders must communicate their vision ? Transferring the vision to employees is equally important than having a vision . I would like to share the story of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam

How to focus on getting your vision to reality. The story of the famous American footballer O J Simpson

How to have faith and commitment in one's decisions? The story of Charles Good year who invented Vulcanization.

Measuring outcomes vs measuring deliverables. This is very famous story in Indian heritage that talk abt resistance to adaptability and inability to measuring success in the new world.

The next story is all about the depth of knowledge in our Vedas, where a conversation between a father and son reveals the five stages of learning the "Ultimate wisdom" which indicates the five stages of learning and a continuous learning mindset.

Empathy holds a key in developing a respect for others and I want to share an example how empathy can change the mindset of individuals and organisations

How to build Organisations, I want to share the belief that Americans have about the tree "King Sherman" and what happens if you cut the roots and leaves and make it a Bonsai.

I would like to explain the mindset of individuals being successful or victorious from Clayton and the lessons from the Indian Army.

Prerequisites for Attendees

Participants must have worked in any of the agile frameworks. Leaders must have gone through or must be going through the transformation and the enterprise is trying to go towards the lean Agile Mindset. The talk is not about Agile, but is much beyond Agile and Mindset to make the organisations a human centric development vs process development.
