Part Two: Learn how to Prioritise to maximize the delivery of multiple quantified stakeholder outcomes for your limited development resources, dynamically and quantitatively.

Part Three: Don't be fooled by what Project Managers and Product Owners tell you. Lay down the Principles and Policies that ensure the company deliver on-time and under-budget, every time.
