Agility works only if you are truly Agile...
Here i will talk about how by actually following Agile principles and practices in the true sense of the word how a project went from Deep Red into Deep Green from Sprint 15 where people were reluctant to state issues till Sprint 27 where people didn't have issues to state. I will run through what was done over so many months such that we got to clean slate by Sprint 27.
