In this talk, Lynn will share key patterns to successful cloud adoption. She and her virtual teams have worked with clients in AdTech, FinTech and BioTech for the past 11 years. In this work they've observed a number of key patterns which drive enterprises to success with a number of types of cloud projects.

1. What got you started/interested in modern software development methods?
I am always looking for ways to deliver value to customers faster. I am always looking to improve outcomes, am a lifelong learner.
2. What do you think is the biggest challenge faced by the software product engineering community today?
Lack of understanding that education is a key technical process. We are still not diverse. Teams need to reflect customers.
3. What do you think are the most exciting developments in software product engineering today?
Serverless cloud architectures, when used properly, enable new scenarios at remarkable speed and scale. Cloud vendor competition is good for customers. Data and ML services are evolving rapidly.
4. Why did you choose the topic(s) you will be speaking about at the conference?
Sharing patterns from my experience with customers is how we all grow.
5. What are some of the key takeaways from your session(s) at Agile India?
I'll cover six key patterns toward cloud adoption. Listeners will gain practical knowledge of what these patterns are and how to apply them to their situation.
6. Which sessions are you particularly looking forward to attending at Agile India this year?
