Software Teaming [Mob Programming] mini-workshop
SoftwareTeaming [Mob Programming] is a cost-effective, collaborative, and fun way to get work done together. It's a whole-team approach to development, where coding, designing, testing, and working with the "customer" (partner, Product Owner, User, etc.) is all done as a team. In this session we will bring up 4 or 5 volunteers and we will do a simple coding exercise to demonstrate the basics of teamwork while writing code.
Outline/Structure of the Workshop
This will be a demonstration of doing a "Coding Dojo" as a team - we'll call for some volunteers, and then follow some simple guidelines to work on a simple coding exercise together
Learning Outcome
We'll learn a few of the simple guidelines that help us work as a team, and some of the basics of how Software Teaming works.
Target Audience
Anyone involved in creating software, including coders, product owners, testers, database experts - just about anyone.
Prerequisites for Attendees
I will be asking for a few volunteers from the audience, so please consider if you would like to participate and be prepared to do so
