Around the time the agile manifesto was signed the best answer to remote work was don't do it. The pandemic teached the world, it is possible. Yet it works different then being together in a room.
Today, the best answer to hybrid meetings is also don't do it.
In this workshop, we will together explore other answers to that question.
I'm looking for people who have been experimenting with remote and hybrid.
This is not a session were I will come with the answers. This is a workshop where I expect the participants to think and work hard so that we as a group have better answers at the end.
