How to DESTROY Psychological Safety
Oh sure, there's plenty of speakers and sources spruiking how to build "psychological safety" in your organisation - but maybe you're looking to find your edge through wreaking havoc, setting your organisation against itself, and rising through the resulting chaos! MWA HA HA HA HA HA
This presentation will walk you through how to maximise damage at entry-level, how to set toxic examples as a senior, and how to project terror once you work your way into management. Along the way there will be references to a variety of sources and frameworks used for inspecting organisational alignment and the needs of teams and individuals; we shall be subverting these techniques to serve your nefarious plots!

Learning Outcome
All jokes aside; there are people and behaviours that are counter-productive to any organisation's success. Being able to identify these behaviours is the first step towards changing them and making your organisation a more successful and enjoyable operation.
Along the way there will be references to useful frameworks and sources for understanding the needs of people, teams, and organisations.
Please don't actually use what you learn here for evil.
Target Audience
Anyone interested in the topics of organisational alignment, team dynamics, and the basic needs of human beings - and how to maniupulate these concepts for personal gain.
Prerequisites for Attendees
Sociopathic tendencies and delusions of grandeur will be beneficial - but are not essential.
