Evolve through delegation of influence
Self-organisation can be confronting to leadership. When you support a team to become self-organised it usually means giving up some control. In this workshop we will examine three core patterns and supporting practices that enable influence to be distributed. After this workshop you will have the tools to explicitly distribute influence with confidence.

- Introduction
- Industry examples of where and how patterns are used
- Present workshop scenario
- Respond to scenario by developing options around three key patterns
- Option presentations
- Driver Crafting
- Reflections and closing
Learning Outcome
- Understand concepts, principles and patterns that foster collaboration
- Identify and articulate organisational tensions using Drivers
- Identify patterns and practices that you can introduce to your context
- Craft a motive to act relevant to your context
