Context is everything
Context is everything. Organisations can be extremely complex environments and quality software can be a critical enabler to cutting through the complexity. The question is, how do organisations understand, unpack and document that complexity in such a way that they know what software they need and how to build it? This is where business architecture and business process management can play a major role. This session will talk about using quality process models to document and understand organisational context and how value is delivered.
