This is a highly interactive and fun game where teams play paper plane factories competing to stay open in a global conglomerate that is not doing well. Experience the agile mindset by moving through five iterations from a command and control waterfall mindset to a lean model and finally to a fully self managing agile team. This is an enhancement of the classic paper plane game taught by Alistair Cockburn.

Outline/Structure of the Interactive

In this session teams of 4 to 6 play a paper plane factory in a big conglomerate. The conglomerate is planning to close down one or more factories. Your objective is to produce as many working planes as possible in two minutes. After each round teams will review and improve. We will start with a traditional command and control approach with specialised roles then apply a lean approach and finally an agile one.
