A ridiculous workshop where you'll work in small teams following Design Thinking to deliver a zombie apocalypse survival canvas for your customer. You'll experience what it's like to empathise through a customer interview, create a persona, ideate as a team and test your prototype with your customer.

Introduction to Design Thinking and Divergent/Convergent rhythms

You will learn a little bit of theory that can be applied to your work followed by a whole lot of practical experience so you can feel what it's like to apply Design Thinking in real life.
